Whether it's a Birthday Party for Children or a Private party for Adults Its first class New Orleans Style Snowballs and If you like we also may provide Coffee, Cocoa, Chips, Cotton Candy, Nachos , Hot Dogs and Hamburgers For larger parties or for parties where Mom and Dad Jambalaya, Vegetarian Jambalaya, Gumbo, Shrimp Stew, Crawfish pasta, Shrimp pasta, Steak, Tacos, Coffee and special blend teas and Belgian Hot Chocolate
For Larger Affairs we can provide beautiful settings for spectacular results.
We Cater too! Thank you for considering Sno-Dat to cater your next event. We cater all types of events – small and large birthday parties, office parties, corporate and employee appreciation events, Black Tie Events, Daycare and Summer camps, Vacation Bible school, Fundraisers, Sorority & Fraternity Events, Weddings, Proms, Carnivals and Festivals. We have a fun elegant Black and Gold "Sno-Dat-Mobile" that will be a great addition to any event. We are fully licensed and insured and we can convert to generator and solar power where electrical connections are not available .
Our SnowBall catering rates are as follows:
For smaller parties (generally up to about 5 to 50 people) please call for our basic rates per hour usually
The Sno Dat Trailer about $130.00 per hour Private. Two Hour Minimum June 2013 Summer prices go back to $145.
"The SnoDat Trolly" $125.00 For the first Hour $100.00 for every hour after with a 2 hr. Minimum for the Mini Street Car <-- SORRY BOOKED ALL SUMMER
"The SnoDat Kiosk" $125.00 For the First Hour $100.00 for every hour after with a 2 hr. Minimum. For the Stainless Kiosk Usually for Larger Private Parties~Black Tie ~ Conventions~ Elegant Statement
If you would like Alcohol served at your private party and served in a snowball Rum and Vodka Just ask we charge an additional 50.00 per hour.
for events/parties Usually depending on the event/person count ......dollar wise between $10.00 to $25.00 per head, No hidden charges.....It depends on what you order!!! So .... for example Jambalaya Chicken and Sausage usually about $12.00 per head. Hamburgers about $8.00 per Head. Not including drinks.
These parties are usually a base rate for intimate settings. If you would like to entertain and relax and Dine at home with your guests then this is your menu.

serves 10 - 30 people usually $15 - $22.00 per person some portions are prepared off site reheated in your kitchen (mainly Quail So we can control the tenderness of the white meat) and served to your guests by our staff Chef

- For SNOWBALL Black Tie Events usually Evening Rates apply, Please Call to Discuss per hour after 6pm till 2am Champagne Glasses have to be ordered two weeks prior to your event, and if above 100 guests our wait staff is paid separately per hour per 50 guests plus tips. every 50 of your guests have one server, dressed in wait staff black tie and gala attire.
